For hearing care teams (audiologists, surgeons, auditory-verbal therapists, SLPs, PAs, nursing, administrators, etc) seeking to understand the business of a hearing care program and interested in learning strategies for improving outcomes, the patient experience, and team satisfaction.

ICIT recommends teams include at least one member of each part of the clinical team (example: surgeon, audiologist, and administrator) when possible.
